Apply easily online via the “Apply Now” button, or visit our leasing office  during business hours. After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can schedule a tour. 

You’ll need valid ID, proof of income, and consent for a credit/background check. A non-refundable application fee applies; contact us at 615-771-5600 for the current amount and security deposit details. 

Yes, renters insurance is required. 

We offer a $250 non-refundable deposit.

Applications may be completed online. The approval process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Rent covers access to all amenities, but utilities—such as water, electric, and internet—are typically billed separately. 

Residents can pay rent through our secure online portal or in person at the leasing office. We also offer FlexPay to help you split rent into smaller, manageable payments.

All apartments at Ashton Brook are unfinished.

Yes, all apartment homes include a washer and dryer.

All packages are delivered to an Amazon Hub for resident pickup.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late at the 5th. 

Residents must provide a 60-day notice, pay a two-month termination fee, and repay any concessions received.

Electricity is provided by Middle Tennessee Electric, and water/sewer by Mallory Valley Utility District.

We offer Xfinity services for high-speed internet and cable.

Keys are picked up in the office and our team will complete a walk-through with you at move-in.

Provide a 60-day written notice, return all keys to the office, and a move-out inspection is available upon request.
